Tips for trips

The landscape around the 63-kilometre-long Lake Constance is truly enchanting. The cultural diversity – with the magnificent alpine panorama as a backdrop and its mild climate – attracts guests from far and wide to this region, which is as traditional as it is welcoming.

Our Hoyerberg round walk is a refreshing, 20-minute stroll offering views of both Lake Constance and the alpine panorama – at all times of day.

Our recommendation for a tour of Lake Constance with lunch: take the boat from Lindau and you can reach Langenargen in around an hour (no connections in winter). From this harbour, you can walk along the banks of the lake to the picturesque marina, where you can enjoy an excellent lunch in “Schuppen 13” or “Malereck”. Take a walk along the River Argen and across an impressive bridge, before heading back to Langenargen harbour.
